After School Enrollment Form

  • Age: 5 -10 | Duration: 6 weeks | Time: Monday – Friday 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Fall Session: September 4th – October 13th, 2023     
  • Location:  SonRise Church Houston 5609 East Mount Houston Rd. Houston, TX 77093    
  • A $50.00 program fee will be due at enrollment to purchase a Recorder, Music Book, and showcase t-shirt and/or costume.
  • All other fees can be paid via cash or Cash App at $SPAAHTX.
